When I first got there and pulled into the garage this older gentleman was very kind help. Thus we went inside and there was a young lady sitting at the desk. The whole time that I was standing there. She never acknowledged me and then this young man approached me and asked me. Have I been helped and I said no his name was Robert Hatfield. He was the most nicest and kind person He was very kind to my grandchildren was wonderful with me. He went through everything. To do with my car I. Wish there were more kind people like him that work there. I feel that acknowledgment is key. Especially when you're getting service and you walk in the front door you should expect to be greeted. And that young lady did not acknowledge me even though I was standing in front of her i hope the next time I go back. I will be able to see Robert again.

My car was in for service 5 times in the last 2 years for the SAME issue problem never solved! The last time i took it in for service they informed me that GM would cover the cost of the repair only to be told later that they would not. I cant afford the cost so now i have a car that doesn't run. An extremely dissatisfied client.

I brought my 2021 C8 with 3,800 miles in to have the oil and air filters changed. I expressed my concern about having the vehicle outside at any time because the car is always kept inside unless it is traveling to a car show. They accommodated my request to keep the car inside despite it being an unusual request. The car was quickly fixed, and everyone was extremely helpful. The only thing I would suggest is the service writer seemed to have a somewhat limited knowledge of C8s and their specific needs. I would recommend the dealership have a designated C8 service advisor expert handle all consumers who own this specialty vehicle. One other note, I bought my Stingray at a different dealership in Broomfield, CO. I decided to no longer take my vehicles to that other dealership because of the absolutely atrocious service. Despite the longer drive to get my vehicles serviced, I have found this dealership to be exceptional and worth the drive. I was surprised that they didn't treat me differently, despite me purchasing my C8 at a different dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone needing service.

You can walk-in to Autonation North in this case, ask about an EV, explain that this is your first EV car, buy the car and leave without the dealer educating the customer regarding charging. I got the impression that the manager, and the sales associate were just as ignorant as me about owning an electric vehicle. The only person I spoke to in the experience that could relate and provide some useful real world experience information was the money/finance guy that took my check. After leaving the dealer a third party sent emails to me trying to sell me car insurance. That's fine, marketing heh? But I didn't I receive any marketing emails regarding charging? The dealer did not try to sell me an Ultium charger? No charging company offering a discount to use their public chargers? I think your missing a marketing opportunity. At the same time your sending your new EV owners out the door with a thank you and a you figure it out message.

We took our vehicle in because the battery would not hold charge. The service technician was polite. Beyond that I am not happy. Auto Nation claims to do a 125-point inspection on all pre owned vehicles. After purchasing a vehicle less than 3 months and putting barely 1500 miles on it, they said it needed an alignment and the cabin air filter replaced. The 125-point inspection incudes both the alignment and filters and specifically states that they had been checked and meet the standards. The battery just needed a software update, aka ‘reset capacity learn’. $545 seems a bit excessive to plug it in and let the computer do the work. This should have been checked in the initial 125-point inspection. So a week and $612.05 later, ($65 shop fees??) still unsatisfied.

Dropped off my car on Tuesday. Was told that it needed a warranty part which would arrive the next morning and be installed for a pickup on Wednesday afternoon. Received no call in Wednesday. Called back on Thursday and Friday… “let me get back to you after I talk to the tech”. Finally spoke to a manager on Friday who said it was with the tech and they should have it done by EOD. Never received a call. Called back on Saturday AM, indicated the warranty issue was complete but they hadn’t done my oil and filter change. So they needed more time. I finally got a call 2 hrs later saying it was ready. I probably made 20 phone calls to the dealership over 4-5 days. Of those calls, 4-5 were answered by a person. Staff was friendly when I was able to get someone, but there isn’t any leadership.

I was able to get ahold of one sales person, who knew nothing about the car I wanted to come see. He gave the manager my number, who called but I was busy so I called back 3 times. No answer from the manager or the sales person. The only reason we came is because it was the exact car we wanted. The sales person we used Hussain, very nice guy, but knew absolutely nothing about the car at all. Not even that it had regenerative braking. Overall I’d say two things, be better about responding once you’ve reached out to a customer and learn about the product you’re selling. We came from another Chevy dealer where the salesman knew EVERYTHING about the car. We would have preferred to buy it from him but they didn’t have it. Simple education. If you’re selling a product, learn about it.

I brought my car in with the check engine light on. They had it for 2 days. Said it was fixed, I left the shop an hour and a 1/2 later, the check engine light came back on. I took it back. The check engine light was off, he said he did not want to keep it. To bring it back when the light came back on.In the meantime, my car started making all kinds of noise and smoking and leaking fluid so I took it back. Left it overnight.Called. the nexmorning and talked to a gentleman named Alfonso. He was very nice told him my story. He looked at my car and I explained to him. I didn't think it was fair that I had to pay for my copayment on my extended warranty again. I thought it was the same issue that wasn't taking care of the first time. And I also noticed that my motor cover was also cracked in half. That wasn't like that when I took it in. He took very good care of me and fixed all my issues. I was so very happy with the things turned out. My car is runnin great Alfonso did a great job.Very happy.

Copy of the email I sent the service manager that was never responded to: I made an appointment for 1PM today (Friday October 17) for a recall on my 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV to fix an issue with the parking brake. I confirmed the appointment online, I got emailed confirmations, I got this email from you. So that's 2-3 different confirmations where it was very clear that my appointment was for a recall. I showed up on time. Got my car checked in. Was directed to the waiting area. I sat and worked for about 90 minutes. Then a service tech came and found me to inform me that they did not have the part in stock and it would not show up until the end of the day and I needed to come back another time. I was quite upset by this information. The service tech who interacted with me was quite nice. But what bothered me was... in all the times I made the appointment, confirmed my appointment... did it not occur to the service center to ensure that the part was in stock? I do not live around the corner. I live near Brighton. It's a 25 minute drive for me. Then I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes. It took your staff that long to realize that you did not have the part? Then there was zero acknowledgement or apology from service center staff of how this process was inconvenient, wasted my time, and now I have to come back another time. I took time off work to bring my car in today. I understand that things come up and things happen and that is not what upset me. It was just the zero lack of acknowledgment, apology, or recognition of how my time was wasted. Zero offer or desire to resolve the issue or provide customer service to resolve the situation. I felt quite disheartened and not valued as a consumer. When I left I was actually thinking to myself that I am not so sure I want to return to this service center or dealership for any of my future needs. I have not had the greatest experience with the car leasing process and now this service appointment....it's starting to feel like a pattern with this dealership where there's no communication among departments and a lack of warmth or care in dealing with consumers. It just feels like if there is an appointment on the books for a recall repair, before the appointment (especially when you are confirming with me several times) that the service center should be double checking that the parts are on hand and in stock and they are able to do the repair today. It would have been nice if they could have called me the night before or even the morning of and said, "Hey so it turns out we don't have the part in stock and will need to reschedule." Why did it take 90 minutes for me to sit in the waiting room after taking 25 minutes to drive there to find out that, "oh the part is not in stock. You'll have to come back." Again... I get things coming up but I feel like more diligence could have been done on the service center's end to provide customer service. It just bothered me quite a bit and I wanted you to be aware of the situation.

The sales team were all courteous and professional. However, the negotiation did not go as smooth and I had hoped for. The fact that AutoNation increased the price of the vehicle without disclosing the add ons initially was quite disappointing. Further disappointment was the fact the AutoNation was unwilling to remove all the surprise add on costs or consider replacing that cost with additional items that I would want. Adding additional costs without the customers agreement for add ons is very deceiving and I would warn future customers to be aware of such practices. The excuse that all dealers do this is quite the cop out. I truly hope that my continued relationship with AutoNation can be one of honesty up front.

Second time getting vehicle serviced. Both times I indicated I had a coupon for $69 for the service from this dealership at the time of check in, but when service was finished the service writer issued me a bill for full price. Doesn’t sound kosher especially if the costumer has no way of proving they had already presented the coupon before service started.

My last experience was awful. The previous management was never available, my service technician lacked communication, and my truck sat in the shop for over a month. This time, however, the service was excellent. When I dropped off my truck, I shared my concerns about the poor communication and experience I had during my last visit. I was informed that there was new management and assured that my experience would be better—and they were absolutely right. My service technician, Freddie, did an outstanding job. He quickly diagnosed my truck, secured warranty approval, arranged a rental, and had my vehicle completed in just five days. Throughout the entire process, Freddie stayed in direct communication with me and consistently provided updates. I’m truly grateful for how well this was handled. Thank you to Freddie and the entire team—you are appreciated and clearly understand what great customer service is all about.

Most of my experiences during oil changes have been great. This last experience was very poor, the service advisor mislead me with information and it was very frustrating. I had to be the middle man from warranty to dealership to get this done. It took over 4 weeks to get my car back, I had to change service advisors because he was trying to charge me for stuff that didn’t need to be done. I also have to get the magnet involved. There was very little follow up, I was doing all the follow up, poor customer service.
